* Light Reception (2-3 hours with wine): 6–10 snacks per person (bruschettas, canapés, croissants).
* Hearty Format: 5 cold snacks + 1–2 hot meat or fish skewers per person.

Two types of grilled meat, 8 skewers each:
Chicken Skewers:
Juicy chicken skewers (90g each), grilled to a golden crust, with a tender taste and a light aroma of spices, complemented by fresh herbs.
Teriyaki Pork Skewers:
Tender teriyaki pork skewers (90g each), marinated in a sweet-salty teriyaki sauce, grilled for a caramelized crust, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, and infused with a hint of Asian spices.
Includes two sauces:
A creamy garlic sauce for the chicken and a spicy BBQ sauce for the pork.
